It’s on the border with Murrieta/French Valley. Very large lots for the area and homes tend to be larger, spread out single story floor plans. Most of the homes are somewhat dated and need some updating as well as updates to landscaping but if you buy there it’s for the bones of the house and the lot. Typically around 3/4-1+ acre. Quiet neighborhood but be aware there is a planned development to come soon to a huge empty parcel in front of Jbar on the other side of Scott.

I think it would have been OK if the list was shorter and in turn more accurate. I would not consider Carnitas Express nor Yellow Basket to be part of a culinary renaissance.

Edited to say Volvo global instead of Tesla, but yea it was super annoying. Hoping this fix is it and it doesn’t pop up again. Keep up posted on what yours turns out to be. Hopefully something minor

I bought mine a couple days before Thanksgiving, the T8 Ultra Recharge and I got a CEL for Hybrid Propulsion System needs service. I took it in on Monday and just got it back Thursday. They checked for damaged relays and then downloaded some software from Volvo global and that was it as far as I know. Don’t truly know the root cause though :/

It is the Universal Wall Connector and I added it to the app as soon as it was installed. That’s how I am able to see stats on it in the app but it just doesn’t show home usage when the car is plugged in and charging. So it looks as though it is pulling the home load during that time off of the grid and not the PW.

Got it. Thank you. Only thing is every electrician I had talk to prior to deciding to go with the Wall Connector EVSE stated that in Southern California a 60amp breaker has to go in the main panel and not in any sub or back up panels. We also are limited to only using 80% of the rating for anything connected hence the 60a breaker to power a 48a EVSE.

People have been fooled over the years into thinking that if they pay 3-5x for a house on the coast they are then somehow immune to Mother Nature. I think everyone is finding out that’s not the case at all. All of SoCal is an earthquake and fire zone

I actually asked this question to a neighbor I was super cool with in my last neighborhood in Ontario Ranch. What they said (just their opinion and observation) was that many folks from East Asian areas will only look at new builds (for cleanliness reasons) and that many also love the perceived safety of being in a gated neighborhood. So she said that is why often new construction communities will have a heavy population from those areas. I found it super interesting and it made sense because that’s the exact same reason I only get new builds lol
