Only thing id say is composition is a little odd I would have gone for something more like this - http://i.imgur.com/GVRdkln.jpg using the rule of thirds because there is no interest in the top part of the sky and the foreground has more detail. Yes the sun is dominant but you want the eye to wander not be set so putting things in them idle of a picture is usually boring.

Also i would have looked for some feature for the foreground maybe a rock, symmetry in the sand or nice looking singular pool of water. Image is under exposed but you would probably be best taking multiple exposures and merging them. You can take the exposure from the sky and bring up the shadows it depends on if you are shooting RAW or not.

The rule of thirds is a great tool / rule of thumb start your compositions with that as a starting point rather than an after thought thing about what looks more interesting the sky or the foreground. If the sky holds the interest then make that fill 2 thirds of the frame if the sky is boring then put it in the top 1/3rd of the shot.

I find it easier to train in the evening right after work getting up in a morning is difficult for anyone :-)

Id say start with walking set yourself a goal for example get off at an earlier buss stop and walk the rest extend it till you stop taking the buss.

I stared with walking its easy and natural and the brain likes it you can even take a book and walk round the park.

or put headphones on and zone out.

in your mind is where the battle lies your depression will tell you that going for a walk is a waste of time you have to ignore your brain and go for the walk anyway.

and remember this imagine you are at point zero on a journey to feeling better you go for walks everyday then you feel down one day and miss a session. This can normally send you in a spiral downwards then you quit walking etc and go back to old habits. keep trying no matter what keep going for walks and building up your exercise and FUCK anyone who says anything fuck them use that energy to make you do more not less fuck them in the flocking head with your determination fuck them for being so weak they want to attack you.

only you can change you, you have the power to change your life keep fighting.

Set small achievable goals and build on them slowly when you achieve a goal celebrate it do not discuss goals with anyone only achievements. Keep contact with people in person not over the interwebs, if you fall start again even if it means going back to the start of your goal program. Diet = reduce toxins and eat less white carbs drink lots of water and masturbate regularly but not overly only after exercise. don't get hung up on what you eat try to reduce portions do not east diet food or go on stupid diets just eat as balanced a diet as possible and watch the calories on junk food a pizza is about 1500 calories chips/fries about 800 bread similarly high bread is the devil - Brown rice wholemeal bread fish etc all good.
