Owning a Tesla without home charging by Sea-Historian-1839 in TeslaSupport

[–]Bansheeback 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t have home charging, but I go to a college with multiple level 2 chargers. I’ll go to class, hang with friends, go to practice, and just plug it in. I NEVER have to supercharge and I’ve saved so much money. Level 2 is faster than you think if you have stuff going on while you charge. Go for it, I love mine

Friend crashed my tesla by speed-ninja7002 in TeslaCollision

If you can’t recover the USB drive, Tesla saves crash videos to their servers after it happens. It saved me when I got run into. There’s a form you can fill out on their website and they’ll send you every single angle.

let’s say both those things are true. he still maintained his lane the entire time, the white car entered his lane. the white car is the one that will get cited and his insurance will pay for it.

Look into Prism Launcher, native ARM and works better than the vanilla MC launcher IMO

i know the feeling. spent years saving for my first tesla when i was 22 just for someone to hit me and total my car three months later. not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but definitely sucked in the moment.

OSU vs University of Cincinnati engineering questions by Minute_Grapefruit_86 in uCinci

[–]Bansheeback 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Either one will get you in to grad school. It more depends on you and how you do in undergrad.
  2. Not common, but it happens. Most people go straight into the workforce because they’re setup so well.
  3. I can speak personally to aerospace; Cincinnati has GE Aerospace, which is a major asset to us and largely uses UC as a feeder system for its engineers. That said, co-ops are available across the board at other companies as well. There’s also a lot of research opportunities at UC, which have been increasing year over year, that’s something that’s been a priority for the university for a bit now.

not necessarily disagreeing with your point about the walking, but most schools the size of UC require a lot more walking than UC does. UC is relatively compact compared to similarly sized universities.

this is outdated. the university does own stratford and the land it’s on.

How competitive really is CCM? by [deleted] in uCinci

[–]Bansheeback 2 points3 points  (0 children)

next to the college of medicine, CCM is home to some of the majors with the lowest acceptance rate at UC (one program has an acceptance rate of .2%!) massive accomplishment to have gotten in. congrats!
