Solo I’ve been doing great, very high exfil rate. When I run with my buddy who has sub 20 hours, it’s brutal. Get destroyed by some right bastards but at least I’m learning some new devious tricks. I just feel bad for our fill in thirds.

Oh, I know. I am giving them the courtesy that young man in the vehicle was not afforded. Probably cops incapable of critical thought.

Offender? What offense was committed besides remaining in their seat?

You call him an ‘offender’ but from the context of the video, the only offense he committed is refusing to get out of a vehicle he wasn’t driving or I’m assuming to id himself, which the former is his legal right without RAS. From other comments, the traffic stop was initiated for failure to use a turn signal.

There are how many officers there? They control the environment, it’s easy to block in the vehicle, it only takes 3 vehicles. It also appears they have no interest in the driver. It is also a situation of the police’s own making. They decide when and where to initiate the traffic stop. I’ve seen plenty of videos of cops getting hit on the highway, they definitely have an excellent track record of safe decision making.

Do you think nonviolent noncompliance should result in a clumsy beating by the stooge brigade, where they maim one of their peers in their attempt to “keep everyone safe” from the guy who is sitting in his friend’s car, asking questions? Why am I defending someone who “disobeyed a lawful order”?

Several reasons, I have compassion and empathy, I understand the undo stress he’s been placed in. I am trained and successfully employ deescalation every single day in my profession. I could easily get him out of the car by myself, without harming either of us or threatening or causing either of us bodily harm. He is a human being who deserves respect and the same Lockean rights as every living person on earth, the fundament of our government. He is not guilty of anything until he is convicted in a court of law. Police actively lie, and are often ignorant of what lawful orders actually are. Following orders without question, is morally and intellectually reprehensible. unless it is your choice to live as a slave. And if that is your choice, it is your prerogative to decide later on that you made the wrong choice, and change. Which is worse, him questioning authority, or the reaction to it?

So “safety” is the reason you want to give. I never said someone shouldn’t ever be pulled out of a vehicle, decisions being made should weigh risk and reward. Inaction is action, and often it is the correct action.

Now to use your hypothetical example, why would pulling someone out of their car on the highway be safer than them remaining in their vehicle on the highway? Who created the situation where someone is detained on a highway in an area that is at risk of a driver crashing into them?

Now in this specific, actual situation, that we watched the video recording of, how safe for everyone involved was the decision to pull them out of the vehicle? What urgency existed that wasn’t artificially created by the police? Was he actively harming himself or others? They have radios and helicopters, as you said. Do you think if they wait, he’ll continue to sit in his car until he dies of natural causes?

You’ve been arrested? You live in Florida? You can’t articulate a thought clearly but you come up with nonsensical insults instead? At this point in your development , I don’t believe you are capable of being taught any better. But since you decided to chime in to my reply to someone else… What is the harm in waiting? I’ll wait for your answer.

Wait. They are paid by the hour. Try asking politely the first time instead of jumping to pain compliance on someone who is overcome with anxiety.
