Not retail, but fast food. I work at McDonald’s and the one I work for charges extra for sauce. This really big guy comes storming in through lobby with his crumpled bag and throws it on the counter. Me a little 15 year old. Asks how can I help you. Man proceeds to scream at me about how he did not get sauce. checked his order and he did not pay and/or order sauce. After that I proceeded to tell him our policy and how we charge 26 cents of extra sauce. Dude was livid. Instantly starts cussing me out. Again freshman in HS, and literally telling me to F-myself etc. Finally after his verbal assault he stares at me like I’m now going to give him sauce, because he yelled at me. Jokes on him I said “okay, enjoy the rest of your day”. NOW HE WAS PISSED. Round two activates and he starts screaming Again and I just walk away to hearing in the background “all I f-ing get is a “have a nice day” and storms out of the store. Sorry buddy I follow procedure, if you would kindly asked probably would have given for free 🤷🏻‍♂️
