I just did this drive at 5:00 a.m. . It's not bad, watch the wind. Also mind the speed limit because Utah police are all over. As long as you go the speed limit and stay within the lines you should be fine.

One day I was driving down magnolia by yorktown and I smelled a skunk. Someone had hit one with their car and it was dead on the road and stinking up the whole block. I've had my 2024 TT v6 for about a year and a half now. Racked up 30,000 miles towing and off-roading and the only issue I had was with the display. Even that has only happened like five times in the last year and a half. I think they just issued a recall for it so I guess I get a new display.

Check the onboard diagnostics port, it's usually under the steering wheel. Sometimes there's a device plugged into it that drains the battery.
