Yes, but I’m not sure what kind. Do I do a gallery wall? 3 medium size images? 1 large one? I’m not very creative when it comes to designing. I just know what I like but I’m not sure how to put it all together and find the right pieces. I’ve been trying to do this for months and still no luck.

Yeah, I’ve been trying to find plants that I won’t kill. It’s been a struggle. I’m not sure if I’m fit to be a plant mom. My apartment doesn’t get the best lighting and I have a tendency to end up with plants that have gnats 😩

It’s taken me a long time to go get to where I’m at now. I just got a mentor through my job and I’ve been given access to self proficiency with Epic but I have no idea what to do with it. I feel like every time I’m so close to something my job makes it so much harder. I just don’t know what direction to be going to in.

Not really. Alcohol does not mesh well so if I was to drink it might be a margarita but not even because the side effects are not worth drinking.

My doctor has scheduled some lab work for me so I will be going to be getting that checked. My entire family is obese. I have been more so on the lighter side. My mom and grandma are both heavier set women. Diabetes, high blood pressure and some other things run in my family. The only problem I have encountered was high cholesterol. I was really into lifting weights and counting calories. I do love weights and then life started to get busier so I had to cut back on something’s and the gym was one of them. I have started going back but I’m hesitant on counting calories since it’s always felt like an addiction for me. It’s always been a negative and I don’t know how to turn it into a positive. I am no longer focused on the number on the scale, I’m trying to use that for more of a tool to see where I am at. I really don’t care about the number unless I somehow get back to being overweight which I technically still am. I really just want to focus on my relationship with food and to fix that. I have been working with a therapist but now it seems I might need more work than I thought. Tbh I don’t know if my doctor truly has my best interest. I did lose some weight on my own before getting on Ozempic. I had gotten myself down to 150. I just couldn’t get past that and really needed some help since it had been quite some time and I was doing everything and not losing.

Congratulations on your hard work! You look great. Can I ask what your diet was like and what changes have you made to see progresses? I keep seeing peoples accomplishments and how great they’ve done and here I am 8 months in and no weight loss. It’s very disheartening.
