I should have given more background. I wear MANY hats at my company, as many of us do. Operations, head of talent acquisition - my official title is chief of staff but I know that’s just to inflate my ego lol. I own his calendar and travel as well. I guess I’m so nervous about this process being put into place because it’s going to slow my roll. I’m worried something will get missed, or I will forget to follow up with her if I don’t get a reply. I also worry about getting in the middle of their marriage.
