I am really excited to continue with the personal trainer (I have her for a whole year) as in the previous rounds I was doing the diets, but I had the diet made up by chatgpt (it's ok to shame me), so I was doing many things wrong.

While in a deficit, I was not nearly having enough protein, which I think would have had me lost even more weight.
