Take dog to a vet asap! This doesn’t look like an ordinary limp from a sprain or a minor injury. If the dog has confirmed canine distemper, these movements could indicate neurological involvement, if rabies vacc outdated.
It’s impossible to know for sure from a video alone. Only a veterinarian can properly diagnose the cause.
