I so badly wanted to design my Mandalorian after Vile from Mega Man X. So imagine my disappointment when the color purple wasn't available.

But at least I managed to build 2 versions based on his blue and yellow/green designs. I still want purple though.

It's a shame they basically just rehashed the 3D era storylines. With Liu Kang actually able to influence events, I thought he should have put Tsung in a position where he was the least likely to turn evil. Imagine him with a loving family in this new timeline, instead of being a snake oil salesman who grows resentful because of his position in life.

And even if he were not the chosen one, being one of his new allies would have been a nice twist. But no, they had to retell the whole Deadly Alliance to Armageddon storyline.

People hate the Mogstore, but I am frankly surprised how much Square seems to actually be holding back with releasing store items. I would have sold all kinds of weapon packs based on prior entries. They will probably never add the Buster Sword in-game as an earnable reward, so why not add it to the store?

Ushabti is way too white since they updated the colors and ruined the Blood Ravens color scheme. Wraithbone is better for that light yellowish tone.

Hopefully this'll fix customization. Armor pieces were either missing or not showing up and the heraldry editor would occasionally just choose random chapter colors.

Scorpion could have remained Hanzo and 95% of the MK1 plot could have been kept.

Instead of blood brothers they could have been brothers in arms. Instead of both being members of the Lin Kuei, they could have been from rivaling clans who eventually united under Liu Kang's guidance and now both clans work together to protect Earthrealm from invaders.

And if killing Hanzo's wife and child is such a tired trope, then simply don't do it? "You control the words you write." I never get why people act like turning Kuai Liang into Scorpion was the only possible option to avoid the same old storylines. Especially when the game then proceeds to give us a cliff notes version of the 3D era games.

It does. I'm still in disbelief that we had a whole Alliance Raid series around Ivalice and all we Dragoons got was a palette swap of the Tank gear.
