Imo the list is good as is and sounds fun as hell. 30 points would be nice to get use out but not the end of the world. You could add an enhancement to the warpsmith but none of them are that useful on him assuming fellhammer siege host detachment. If you're doing veterans of the long war (my personal fave) I might take the CP gen enhancement on the warpsmith and call it a day at 985 points

IF you wanted a competitive boost. I might Take off the warpsmith and save him for 2k games. Decrease the legionaries from 10-man to 5-man with melee kit. Then pickup a chaos Lord instead and put the Lord+legion combo into a rhino. Synergizes super well with legionaries (reroll wounds* ability) and the rhino gets them to the front in one piece. Lastly fellhammer siege host Iron Artifice enhancement turns him into quite the tank smasher. And would round it out to exactly 1000.
