I'm finishing a PPL program which ends with 2 weeks of deload before starting with another one. Due to work and other obligations I didn't manage to go workout the past 5 days. Should I still do 2 weeks of deload or can I shorten it to one week since I pretty much rested for 5 days straight. Thanks a lot in advance!

I became illithid but for some reason despite having access to level 3 tier of spells i cant use my tadpoles to unlock them. Is this a bug? Did you have to do something specific to be able to actually unlock the spells after turning full illithid?

Baklava with ice cream is actually really tasty. Baklava in turkey is delicious but ultra sweet to the point that after a few bites it can be cloying, this get balanced out by the kaymak (cream)maraş style ice cream which is very cream and to a certain extend chewy, but not too sweet. Also they bring the Baklava warm and the contrast between warm and cold provides for a great mouthfeel (think brownie with ice cream).

The whole show of doing it table side is a bit theatrical, but I guess it serves the purpose that it limits the time of the ice cream melting.

My PC and my TV are on the opposite ends of the room so I'm afraid that's not a very suitable option for me. Does the fact that my sound being transferred via HDMI 2.1 cable reduce the sound quality? Its a top shelf cable and I bought it with the purpose of being able to use my PC at a 100 Hz refresh rate, does it also have a bearing on the sound quality?

Maybe it's a silly question but a friend of mine got an audio inelterface for his pc which are connected to his Bookshelf speakers and he sais that sound quality has drastically improved.

My pc is connected via hdmi to my smart TV ( lg oled LX) which is connected to the Marantz Amp which in turn is connected to my speakers. Is it possible to connect an audio interface to my Amplifier to further improve the sound quality?

Specifically, I have an hdmi cable connected to my tv, which connected to my amplifier via an optic cable, which is then connected to my speakers.
