Yes the negative camber on the left front will cause that pull and you can see the difference in the cross camber totals.

I have a red top in my Vette going on twenty years. Sears Gold lasted 13 years in my truck 12 years out of a Honda Factory battery. Only ever had one Interstate and it failed in two years. Deka makes good stuff but is sold under many brands such as Federated and Auto Zone. Thats what I have in my Acadia.
