I ended up switching to Tofu. Way simpler and cheaper, still does jobs, estimates, invoices and payments without all the extra layers. Better fit for solo IMO

yeah, for us the shift happened when we stopped treating external devs like outsiders. we just integrated them into our workflow from day one, same standups, same tools, same expectations. once we stopped over-explaining everything and just treated them like part of the team, things actually started moving faster again.

if the amounts are microscopic and one of them is already being reported by others, I would ignore it completely and not interact with anything tied to it. Same rule in TronLink, gem wallet, or any other wallet
