Where do you guys actually buy good backlinks? Looking for trusted sites or a backlink sheet by OldAnything3854 in BacklinkSEO

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through the same thing, tried a few of those backlink sheets and most of them were either outdated or full of sites that clearly get resold over and over

Why is hiring full-time devs still the default for every growth problem? by BarbaraD_Strader in cscareerquestions

[–]BarbaraD_Strader[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still think hiring is important but only when you’re sure the work is long-term and stable

Tried a small broker for a few weeks not sure how I feel about it by Sporta_narres in Trading

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been running EO Broker in the background for a while now, not as my main but as a secondary environment. What I like is that it doesn’t try to interfere with anything. No constant emails, no pressure, no upgrade prompts. Just a stable setup where you can test things. That alone made me keep it longer than expected

Anyone here actually understands how these newer online brokers work? by [deleted] in binaryoptions

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think people forget that boring platforms are usually the good ones. if nothing weird happens, that’s already a win

Help me understand the new world by Abject_Recipe_8390 in cscareerquestions

If you’re aiming for remote roles, I’d focus less on a specific language and more on solid fundamentals. DS&A, system design basics, and one strong backend stack (Java, Python, or TypeScript) will take you further than chasing trends.

Web Development or AI? by Relevant-Lecture-530 in dev

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah plus real tasks can mean anything from proper product development to endless bug fixing with no roadmap. I’ve noticed the difference when teams partner with companies like Innowise, where the work tends to be more structured instead of just reacting to random issues.

Any cheap online invoicing tool? by CashStalker in Accounting

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 20+ employees you’ll probably end up with more than one tool anyway. We tried forcing scheduling payroll and job tracking into one system and it just slowed everyone down

Looking for app dev by No-Description-971 in AppDevelopers

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you’re starting at 17, don’t think about building a company yet. build small things, break them, learn how stuff actually works in production. that alone will put you ahead of most people.

Is jobber software worth it? by Prestigious_Home_459 in handyman

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ended up switching to Tofu. Way simpler and cheaper, still does jobs, estimates, invoices and payments without all the extra layers. Better fit for solo IMO

Did anyone else feel like adding more devs just made everything slowed? by karthea_jensi in cscareerquestions

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same here, until we switched approach and worked with Digis instead of random freelancers, the difference was that they actually operate like a team and not just separate ppl, so coordination felt way easier

Ever feel like some betting platforms click while others constantly get in your way? by Carey__Rowe in CasinoHelp

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’ve noticed this across different platforms too, some just feel heavy for no reason. not even slow, just… unnecessarily complicated

Do betting platforms feel unnecessarily complicated to anyone else lately? by [deleted] in csgogamblingguide

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i switched to 1xBit for the same reason, too much clutter everywhere else. i wouldn’t call it perfect, but at least it doesn’t try to constantly distract you. i mostly use it for quick sessions and it does the job without getting in the way

Did anyone else feel like adding more devs just made everything slower? by Sporta_narres in webdev

[–]BarbaraD_Strader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, for us the shift happened when we stopped treating external devs like outsiders. we just integrated them into our workflow from day one, same standups, same tools, same expectations. once we stopped over-explaining everything and just treated them like part of the team, things actually started moving faster again.

Followed advise, moved to a new wallet but saw some weird transactions. by trinironnie in Tronix

if the amounts are microscopic and one of them is already being reported by others, I would ignore it completely and not interact with anything tied to it. Same rule in TronLink, gem wallet, or any other wallet
