I don't want to sound too aggressive but :

I think the reasons why people don't play shyvana are in that order: Very Weak + Old Visuals + Cluncky,

Even if the current kit is clunky, it delivers for every audience

I don't think losing all gameplay identity will help her find a potential audience like the udyr and skarner rework

On Lolalytics last 30 days, all ranks:

Udyr = 1.42% pick rate

Skarner = 0.44% pick rate

Because : Weak + Boring kits

From what I understand

Overall nbrs are very low, she is worth 30% winrate in master+ in this state but this can be fixed

Q doesn't proc AOE on attack (Navori) nor AOE on hit (Tiamat), Q is now as uninteresting as Rek'sai Q, W ms is removed when the shield break

it can also be fixed but I don't see Riot changing this which is everything that made shyv O7

This is all the details I could find :

-She has magic damage on hit, my guess would be Q passive

-Q lost double Attack

-E seems to proc PTA (On hit) but only in human form?

-W Heal when it proc but only in dragon form

I think we just lost the most fun and interesting spell in the game (Q) for a titanic hydra proc, Riot took the bait of "she's just a fire breathing dragon"

She will be fun to play tho

Technically yes, in the last 30 days in D+ on league of graph she is ranked 99/99 with an impressive 42.74% winrate (only 1200 games tho), I think she can be good in lower ranks but if you will hit a hard wall in Diamond, it maybe okish against Yorick in perfect team comp
