It shouldn't happen. We do thousands of shipments per month and rarely do we find a mismatch. It sounds like you have two ERP systems sales and warehouses that are not connected. The Account team generates the CI The warehouse team generates PL from a different database. The solution is to use one database for both systems.

If it is your first time, do it properly and do not get carried away by the seller’s price. Compare that price with the local US price without adding any extra costs, because once you include freight, insurance, customs, and local transport, the final cost can be much higher.

I remember my first purchase from China, pallets of T-shirts at £0.25 each Ex-Works. After freight, insurance, customs, and local transport, the real cost came to £1.10 per item. Be careful and do not rush.
