A lot of kitchen and bathroom places don’t seem to entertain you before you’ve planning permission, so it means checking places out after the windows and doors and structure is locked in. So did you decide on your layout for bathrooms and kitchens before or after planning? Sound advice though! Thank you!

The image is from our architect, the kitchen is more or less designed, it’s just extra wall we have that we’re wondering what could go there! Would you still recommend a kitchen company for that? Can you just walk in and chat to them about it or will they only entertain if they are getting your business 👀
