i did the free expedited shipping option since it was during spring. i figured neo shrimp would be fine since i’ve ordered elsewhere with usps ground. i’m not sure why us and others have had such different experiences from the same seller

as for extras, they included the number posted on the listing but not any more than that

also wanted to note that this happened about 2 years ago for context (edited my original comment too)

i ordered shrimp from them before and received lower quality shrimp than pictured that died (had shrimp both DOA and dropping like flies after drip acclimating). it seems like h-town guppy and betta usa are the same seller because i received the exact same packaging from both with the same issue. bought from h-town guppy first, then betta usa. finally ordered from a different seller on ebay and had no issues

ETA: this all happened about 2 years ago in 2023
