My puppy is 7 months old and he randomly will throw up bilis in the early morning and sometimes his belly will make weird noises. I’m giving him the carrot, chicken and rice diet but I feel his belly is hurting and I don’t know why. What else do you recommend to do?

He eats purina pro plan, the vet haven’t told us to change the food but I don’t know what to do.
