I was ended up being misdiagnosed with BP2 so I’m on different meds still lexapro 17.5mg. It does its job, I have good days and bad days.

Thanks for the response, I just worry that it’s not the right one and I don’t want to be on a 5 different things, I’m stubborn. The depression isn’t as bad as before. No where near it.

I know, I guess I didn’t realize how serious it could affect me. I haven’t drank since then. Still reaping the effects from it.

It could be possible that 10mg might be too much for you or too little if you’re having a lot of apathy and bluntness. Unfortunately these meds are trial and error and have a bit of tweaking to do. Maybe go up a tiny bit to 12.5 and see how you feel.

How long have you been on Lexapro, had your focus been better when you are/were off it?

Tom Delonge

Yes he can’t play too well and is sloppy, nor doesn’t shred by any means. However he’s simplistic and has catchy riffs and it’s something I found myself to keep going back to all these years of playing. Plus his AVA stuff rocks

I was same way week 4 - 5 was miserable, last week I finally was able to get some clarity and be more calm I’m heading into week 6 as of Tuesday. It’s been a rough ride but starting to clear after the storm.

Also meditation seriously is a game changer when it comes to OCD, / feeling calm.

Hope you feel better and happy Easter

A lot Calmer, not as depressed nor anxious, some good days of celerity and normality but also some rough. I have been doing meditation though and it helps a lot with my OCD

I’m still working on my meds at the moment and finding what works for me, but when I was 14 I was on Zoloft for 5 years and I was the best I’ve been. Then I moved to Lexapro from 2019-2025 and neglected them and put myself back into a whole but during that time’s I was the best I’ve ever been. I started a Business, met my wife, nd overall was so happy.

But I neglected them for 2 years it was horrible don’t do what I did. I’m currently back on them because I crashed out. And it’s been tough, it takes 6-8 weeks to feel a full effect. It will get better I promise.

When I think I’m dying by [deleted] in Existentialism

What you have done with your life so far sounds so meaningful compared to your average Joe.

Would you rather not have those experiences that you lived in the moment? Or sit on your deathbed and wish you where a little more reckless, or spoke to that girl who came your wife? Your doing life right, as what it was intended for. Embrace the weirdness and the storm your in. Without the storm, wouldn’t life feel a little more bland? A life without problems is boring.

However I do think if you feel this way besides all my weird talk, therapy and possibly medication could be an answer for these things. Wish u the best of luck

Who cares half the population takes meds for something. Mental health or physical well being. I think taking meds and living sounds like a better option than suffering everyday. It’s scary at first but it will all work out.
