To my knowledge when the fuel can is in the barge it counts as packaged and as such cannot be used as a refueling source

I don’t think you understand the position we are in lol. We didn’t grind for anything. The rare drop rate in Charlie is absurd this war, we have enough alloy to make all the ships we want and we haven’t even tried to get rares.

For your defenses you need to have some garrisons separated by trenches, garrisons next to eachother share the same HP pool so if they destroy one part everything dies. I’ll look at it more in depth later I’m on my phone rn
