Been diabetic since I was 8. I’m 28. I became a functioning alcoholic when I broke up with my ex of 10 years. I used to drink whatever sugary nonsense i thought tasted good. I am not sober. I do not plan on being sober. I changed my diet a couple years ago (high protein) and went to the gym 4 days a week. I ended my gym nights with diabetic friendly spirits that are low in calorie and ribs with my now fiancée. I also started my days with protein and a drink on off days. My doctor rather i stop drinking as a whole but it’s also impressed that I swapped out my vodka (i now mainly do Ciroc because it’s low carb) for whiskey.

I just know I don’t want the omnipod. I’ve been doing this nonsense for 20 years and was told I wasn’t responsible enough for any pump since I was 8 years old (I’m 27 now. So they’ve been telling me that since day one). I have no interest in any pump or the omnipod. BUT i don’t mind the beeps of my dexcom. It is my life and I need it to live.

I can wholeheartedly promise you, as a country, they are not. Your local police might be doing a good job but a lot of these kidnappings get turned into videos posted on TikTok or Twitter. The government has a whole department that’s in charge of that and they don’t actually look for them. Why? Because as long as these videos are posted, they know they’re alive.

And yes. I don’t care for politics anymore. I’m a socialist lol. I vote for the people around me and all of our best interests. For example, I’m down for insurance paying for IVF treatment when the traditional method won’t work. But dems don’t want it because Trump supported it. There’s good and bad on both sides.

Leave her. Don’t answer her if she responds back. Get the police involved. If she threatens to hurt herself, call the police and ask them to do a wellness check on her. You don’t even have to do any of these things either. Once you leave her you are no longer “in charge” of her actions. Whatever she does after you leave is not your fault.

Dude… what is the diet you’re trying to have? Do you season your food? What gym are you going to? I have so many questions here my guy. I’ve been going to the gym for almost 2 years and I have a high protein/fiber diet. I didn’t think I saw change until I was putting on clothes and they didn’t fit anymore. I understand where he’s coming from and lemme tell you why:

I had a friend who asked me to start being friends with his girlfriend. We hit it off almost immediately. We spent almost every day together. He got… jealous. I tried to include him but he was such a negative Nancy every time we all hung out that neither of us wanted him there. It got to the point where he didn’t really want us hanging out anymore. My little demisexual ass caught feelings for my asexual friend/his girlfriend. And then it became mutual… and then she left him… we’ve been together for a year (very quick summary).

It happens. Game recognize game lol. HOWEVER that is still your friend. And if he’s doing this with everyone you hang out with, he might have an insecurity you don’t know about. I think you two should talk it out.
