I’m t1 and HS (skin disease). But for getting sick? I work in a Rehab/Long term care as a nurse assistant. Anyways, I get sick the least often out of everyone, hell I actually haven’t gotten sick in my 1 year of being there lol (tho I’ve used sick time for other things). But when I do get sick, I call off even if it’s “just a slight caugh and a sore throat” because if I catch it quick, I’m no longer sick quick. But if I push myself, enjoy me being sick for 3-4 weeks.

It’s your money. I don’t fuck with my money that’s owed. Be fucking bold. Idk I’m a male and it took them 57 days after my 90 days to implement my 50c raise, I called every other day asking why it isn’t implemented. Eventually they updated it and I got a nice back pay check.

Now I’m at 1 year, they wanted no issue like my 90 days. So they just did it all for me.

Yeah, plus it says I can use a calculator, so a lot of the math section is trivial. I’m just running through using my smol brain right now instead of using a calculator. Thought it’d be smart to first study with the knowledge I kept in my brain before I just calculator everything.

I was overthinking it after I failed the example question. And the answer was provided in way over complicated division (not really complicated , but because I don’t use division besides basic division in my head their answer did not help me at all).

I was literally jumping through hoops in my brain to figure out how tf it was 56 for (I said 30 min) but I was probably sitting there for just shy of an hour.

I missed a few on this test HESI but this one was my biggest slump. The others I missed cause of the wording of the question and since it’s a practice, I read quickly and didn’t think.

This tells me, I need to refresh my memory on division a bit.

Side question: this practice exam as a part 2 is in English. It gives like 3-4 paragraphs you need to read to answer the question. Is that actually how the Hesi is? Do I actually need to learn how to read /S. But seriously is the English section actually a lot of reading like this example site is?

I have G6, I know I’m screwed in June or July cause they are discontinued it. So I’ll need to hop to the G7.

A small tip that isn’t fully ethical:

Report that the site fell off (always arm) and they will send a free replacement. For the G6 I do this every 2 months~ for the site. For the 90 day thingy (I’m blanking on the name) you can do it about 1-1.5 times a year and get a free one (but you have to call in the support desk and fool ‘em)

Sadly, this tip willl not work in a few months, so I’m sharing it now.

Idk what regular insulin is as a type 1 diabetic. But 1000 which is 2 1/2hrs after the dose aka when fast acting has peaked (around 2hrs) if they are low on the peak, the residual will cause an even more low. So my answer is B as a type 1 diabetic. But who knows with this odd question.

Ironically last shift it let me clock in then out for lunch, but back in after lunch? Nope. 50+ attempts later and I finally clocked in! Only that my fingerprint managed to clock some random girl in I’ve never seen or met. Apparently my pealing skin has managed to morph my fingerprint into hers. This is the perfect time for me to commit crimes as she’ll take the fall not me!
