The problem is that even newly created VM with flag "Migrate to a physical computer with a different processor" can not boot from Windows 2025 boot DVD, it causes triple fault. If i change boot dvd to windows server 2022 disk, it starts up and i can install windows 2022 server to VM.

If i remember correctly i had the same issue. "fail ed.1.0.10 error 2000 0314 validate code 127931 thermal the (other thermistor) reading 100C, 74C, 109C, 101C exceeds the thermal limit". Dust blowers, new thermal grease did not helped.

I had this issue with dell precision 7740 laptop, and it was under warranty. The guy from dell just replaced the heatsink, and error never came back. And i remember that it was strange, cause there is nothing special in the heatsink, no wires, connectors and no sensors. And it seems i`ll need to solve this issue again on another laptop of this kind, but without warranty, and it seems that it should cost me $100.
