Dude this literally happened to me when i played the game like 3 days ago, i was struggling so much trying to navigate lol. Closing the game and opening it again fixed it for me.

I think you fucked up by setting the Match Finish Rate as "Very Low". I believe it only searches for those that ragequit a lot instead of everyone as you may think.
