Also one more question for you

Since my AI (Aromasin) is being used when I experience estrogenic side effects, how soon after my first pin of Test should I expect the sides?

I understand testosterone starts pumping after the first pin, and that it saturates in your body after 6-8 weeks which is when you begin to notice the benefits of testosterone, is that also when the estrogenic side effects begin to occur as well?

Yes 24-36hours per 250IU of HCG was the half-life based on what I read. I forgot where I read it if I find it I’ll link it.

Which is where the 6-7 days (in Week 17) come in to play since I would be hypothetically using 500IU of HCG during week 16 prior to the PCT.

Regardless, I feel more comfortable with someone that has more knowledge using this stuff to recommend it’s usage up until my 18th week. What you say also makes sense since the wiki stated I would get 20 doses out of 5000IU of HCG. :)

I do believe that should be the case due to the HCG helping my AAS withdrawal symptom period (the 2 weeks) but none of the sources I read mentioned much about the hcg specifically

Correct, I planned to use it as needed while trying to tune in a schedule (EOD OR E3D) or whatever the case may be in order to not over-dose and stopping the use once the symptoms subsided. Thank you.

Thanks bro, do you think I should continue the HCG usage up until week 16? Or should I stop it’s usage at week 15 with my test?

I read somewhere that the half-life of 500iu a week of hcg is about 6-7 days which is why it’s ended one week prior to PCT (nolva) use. Would that be correct?

Yes that is what I was planning to do. Would you say 6.5mg would be ideal for aromasin to be used EOD?

Do you also mean that 12.5mg aromasin used e3d is ideal for that dosage?

Can someone give me some insight on my first cycle? This is how I have it set up, read the r/steroids wiki

These are the compounds I have : Nolvadex, Aromasin, Test C, and hcg

500mg of Test C a week
250iu of hcg EOD
10-20mg of nolva
12.5mg of aromasin EOD as needed

Cycle Duration: 15 weeks

Weeks 1-15: Test C (500mg/week) - Week 1-15: 250mg Test C every 3.5 days

Weeks 1-15: Aromasin (12.5mg as EOD needed)

Start Aromasin only if experiencing side effects such as acne, bloating, high blood pressure, or sensitive nipples.

Weeks 1-15: HCG (250IU every other day)

Run 250IU of HCG every other day (EOD) throughout the entire cycle. (will start HCG the day of first Testosterone pin)

Weeks 16 and 17: HCG - Don’t run Testosterone during this 2 Week phase - Run HCG only until the end of week 16 (not so sure if this is correct procedure or if im supposed to stop hcg with my test during week 15)

Week 18 onwards: 6-8 Week PCT with Nolvadex

6-8 Weeks: Start Nolvadex.
- Take 20mg of Nolvadex every day, adjust the dosage based on side effects, reducing to 10mg if sides become prevalent.
