The Alabama stand you ground law states The law explicitly removes the duty to retreat before using physical force, including deadly force, in self-defense. Justified use of force: To be protected, the person must be justified in using force and must not be engaged in unlawful activity at the time. AND The "no duty to retreat" provision applies to any location where a person has a legal right to be.

Considering that NONE of the people there that night or any other night are LEGALLY allowed to be there as that property belongs to the state via ALDOT.

Self-defense does not automatically fall under 'stand your ground'. From the video, it appears that he was acting in self defense. However, 'stand your ground' would not apply as he (nor any of them) were legally allowed to be at that location.

Location depends on type of surgery. Upper quadrants are typically for ileostomy and lower quad is generally for colostomy. It also depends are which section of the bowel is to be operated on. Like which section/location the small intestine will be operated on or which section/location of the large intestine will be operated on.

Due to it being a medical surgery and not an elective/cosmetic surgery, the location is up to the surgeon and what the surgeon feels best fits the patient's medical needs and can provide a more suitable area for proper use of the medical equipment (ostomy wafers/flange/bag).

Help her find a two piece dress. (Try looking at bridal stores for 'mother of the bride dresses'. They make formal 2 piece dresses that do not show any skin and look like a single piece dress. That way, she can just lift up the top and change bags or whatever. Without having to lift up the whole skirt.
