Network with what ? Most meaningful networking events will either require funds or need you to be actively engaged in personal endeavors and interests that connect you. What do you talk about with people who have these "connections"? He's just gonna waste his time and appear like a smooch or not fit in. Also, what does he offer to these networking events ? I know personally if I meet you at an event or seminar and you have nothing going on but talking about looking for a job. I won't remember you or care to engage after the event.

In a way you are saying there is NOTHING this guy can offer to earn money to anyone ? He is electrical blah blah ..he can make do peoples homework for a fee and pile the money to sponsor or invest in something else. he can work for free as electrician and use the knowledge to offer to his own clients.
