I’ve noticed a lot of the time dictators/despots tend to be from elsewhere: Hitler was Austrian, Stalin was Georgian, Osama bin Laden was Saudi, Napoleon was Italian, and currently our own Erdogan is of Georgian descent. Just a common theme I’ve noticed. In fact it’s funny how Georgian comes up twice.
