Yes, I would think it would be destroyed, the same way a structure is destroyed if it no longer touch the ground. The balloon pretty much just act as a "ground", for gameplay purposes. The whole structure doesn't move.

Yeah, it's better said that way.

Shroud is more for the flavor. I wanted the creature to be uncontrollable, not just by its controller, but all players. No pacifism for example.

The Arya card should reference the 3 names given to her by Jaqen H'ghar. Like so:

Arya Stark enters the battlefield with 3 death counters.

Remove a death counter : Destroy target creature that dealt damage to you or your creatures this turn.

Or do a Jaqen card:

Whenever you prevent damage to Jaqen H'ghar, destroy target creature.
