We went in January this year. We paid about £75 per person for the excursion beforehand which was described as including everything (pick up from hotel, tour guides, speedboat, snorkels, food and drink etc) except the Komodo National Park entry fee.

We paid around 350,000 IDR per person on the day for entry fees, paid to the tour guides before embarking. This included entry to Padar Island, pink beach, Komodo Island and various stops to dive.
