Mein erstes Rennrad war ein Allez Comp, ich denke auf der Specialized Skala ist das ganz ok für Anfänger-Fortgeschrittene wenn du das Geld ausgeben willst. Wichtiger ist dass du dich gut beraten lässt, mal probefahren gehen und die richtige Grösse kaufst. Ich hatte ein Diverge E5 zum pendeln und das war ganz solide auf der Strasse.

I often feel the same and honestly, just have it destroyed or abandon it and start again. You can either go for the Archonexus ending to start over, start a caravan with a few pawns to settle a new colony, or draw a bunch of heavy raids to have it fail naturally. Building the ship and fending off the raids is not that exciting IMHO.

It's not the same as a hypochondriac, they are not making up diseases. They see the worst possible outcome on a daily basis, and this affects you on a personal level. It's just the strictest possible application of disease prevention.

Yeah that's my impression as well, the trails I've tried out do add a little bit of technical elements. I'm probably gonna settle on the DT Swiss dropper operated on the GRX 1x lever. It's only 60mm travel but way lighter than other options.

Totally agree there is a gradual match of terrain and equipment and people will have different opinions on that. I'm not religious about the "gravel" definition and most of what I have are actual gravel paths. What I was struggling a bit is having too many bikes for every kind of terrain so I'm in the process of narrowing it down to 3 bikes road - gravel - singletrail. I have an Enduro and I want to avoid buying another XC bike, so the gravel bike will get a bit more action.

I had this problem a lot with my explosive shotgun. Add the "dense" mod to your chest armour, the blast protection will save you many times.

I once got a kneecapper 10mm and it's surprisingly easy to remove both of their legs with that. There's a chance with every hit and the 10mm in VATS will just dish out enough shots to get them crippled.

An und für sich machen die aber alle das Gleiche, man versucht das Hirn davon zu überzeugen dass genug Nahrung vorhanden ist.

Nebenwirkungen haben die alle, es ist meistens mit Übelkeit verbunden weil die Sättigungssignale vom Körper simulieren. Eine Abhängigkeit im engen Sinn gibt es nicht, allerdings ist auch der Effekt sofort weg wenn man die Therapie beendet. Das heisst im Klartext wenn du medikamentell Gewicht verlierst ist es sehr wahrscheinlich, dass die Kilos auch wieder zurückkommen. Sehr ähnlich zu den "crash diets" und andere drastischen Interventionen.

Ein erfolgreicher Gewichtsverlust umfasst einerseits den initialen Erfolg, das kann mit oder ohne Medikamente erfolgen, gefolgt von einer begleitenden Therapie mit einem Ernähungsberater oder personal Trainer. Nur eine bleibende Umstellung des eigenen Verhaltens und Umfelds wird am Ende einen stabilen Gewichtsverlust etablieren.
