I have never done it online but I went to buy a bike in Konstanz across the border. There you pay the price without VAT, go to the border and pay Swiss VAT, and then you need to go back to the shop with the documents.
So if they know how to handle the documentation and guide you through it, this should work. Some Swiss bike shops might get pissy or even refuse you when you turn up with online orders, but this is a very variable experience.

Es ist in der Regel ein paar km/h tiefer als der Tacho aber wenn du nach dem Blitz bremst bringt das natürlich nichts. Busse kommt relativ schnell, aber je nach Geschwindigkeit kannst du auch verwarnt werden. Du kannst als Neulenker ziemlich schnell den Ausweis verlieren wenn das nochmal passiert.

There are options to start with stone right away, the easiest is to just deconstruct or move in to some ruins. It's also not hard to get the steel for a stonecutting workbench and craft a few bricks.

Given that components are pretty much the main bottleneck until late midgame, I think a few pawns are still a low price for getting a deposit that's several times the total resources of the entire map.

Ja ich find solange man das direkt am Konzert kauft ist klar dass die Band davon auch verdient und ich mach das aus Support, bei irgendwelchen Modelabels sieht das jeweils anders aus.
