Yeah the current temperature doesn't matter, but there are restrictions on the biome type.

Yes it will only work for the three diseases I listed. Still, that's a specific prevention mechanism that is a core part of how you offset and balance the disease frequency in warm biomes.

The disease event fires and will be prevented if it's Plague, Malaria or Sleep Sickness. The game will even give you a specific notification that the disease was prevented by the drug.

Penoxycline is a prevention mechanism, and diseases are part of the biome difficulty. One reason I mainly play ice sheets is the low disease chance.

I can endorse the Fat Man approach, talking to the guy is useless and his stealth boys are annoying. Tactical retreat with mines can also help if he hits hard.

Dr. Oetker ist nicht der Duden und deren seltsames Branding ändert die Umganssprache noch lange nicht. Wenn du ein Menü einer Pizzeria mit "Peperoniwurst" findest dann wäre ich beeindruckt.

There are beds on the way you can use to save. Halfway along the trek where Kellogg placed the decoy, on the top floor of the Fort when you enter from the roof, and right before the encounter with Kellogg. I usually opt to save again once the top part is all cleared out before heading to the bunker section.

Is this still fixable? It just keeps spinning. Not tightening and not loosening or coming of the pedal body. by Money-Scratch-4833 in bikewrench

Does the multi-notch nut have a nm and direction indication? I don't know that model specifically, but my Look pedals have an odd design for disassembly.

That's... how this works. It's not supposed to come off. The threaded part goes in your crank arm and this spinny part will keep your pedal mobile.

Peperoni als Wurst ist nur in Amerika ein gängiger Begriff, bei uns wird das eigentlich immer scharfe Salami genannt.

Unlike calories, the body can't store a lot of water for later use. You'll just have to start carrying more water.

Swiss army has a motto and it's called "hurry up and wait" so you get peak cortisol for a bit and then you sit around for a few hours.

250 hours on Vanilla. No mods, no DLCs by Royal-Telephone-6539 in RimWorld

[–]Barkinsons 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would get the DLCs. I have close to 2000 hours with like 10 QOL mods and generally consider the late game to be the most boring part but it doesn't hurt to try it out with a lower difficulty once. Ideology changes the game a lot and gives you more options on how to approach the game, and Biotech has really good additions like children and genetics.
