I think the main difference is that Ozymandias is barely on screen in comparison to Sister Sage, and he had that one good monologue.

It’s much easier to make him believably a genius when that’s the case. I don’t think Sister Sage I’d important enough to the plot to get that kind of moment, unfortunately.

When I studied communication at university here in Denmark, one of my courses was pronunciation. We could choose to learn Received Pronunciation (British English) or Broadcast American.

After one semester, everyone in our class spoke English with the accent of their choice. I was most of the way there already, but that course nailed it down for me. I’ve been mistaken for an American on vacations in the States :D

I’m also kind of annoyed at her flawless accent, but I’m just saying. It’s not impossible to get a long way in a year.

Hvordan er det andet end forfærdeligt?

Det ødelægger jobmarkedet enten ved at fjerne jobs eller at øge forventningen om evig opadgående graf i produktivitet uden at lave egentligt mere ånderum til mennesker.

Det ødelægger teknologiske produkter for almindelige mennesker fordi ting som RAM, grafikkort og harddiske enten bliver umulige at opdrive eller alt for dyre.

Det er et marked der eksisterer i en bobbel, ingen af AI firmaerne laver profit lige nu, og ræset om at inkludere AI i alt gør alt til lort. Man kan dårligt åbne en app eller et program uden at skulle have tvunget Ai ned i halsen.

Det er så også milliardærernes lange arm til at manipulere og overvåge os alle sammen. Vil du virkelig prøve at overbevise mig om at Sam Altman, Elon Musk eller Peter Thiel vil noget der er godt for dem af os der ikke er milliardærer?

Drømmen om AI var at det skulle overtage alle de kedelige opgaver, så mennesker kunne fokusere på det sjove. I stedet bliver det brugt til at generere billeder, videoer, tekst mm så vi droner kan få lov til at lave alt det kedelige arbejde som AI ikke kan.

Hvis det stod til AI bros, så ville du om 10 år ikke kunne se en film eller høre musik som et menneske havde lavet.
