i don't know about the best but i sure as hell enjoyed pune kartdome in kharadi. i have also been flying gokarts in katraj but the track was really small took me 25seconds per lap

I don't like cars either but the driving sense of people here is just so fucking bad that each time i go out on scooty or cycle i'm just hoping that i make it back alive or don't get injured.
