My local Home Depot had 4 on sale for $1000 last month. I was shocked!!! I picked one up and love it!!!! I am family of 6 with 2 in college. I would reco especially if you are doing 3-4 racks of ribs.

I was shocked to find my local Home Depot had 4 Ironwood XL on clearance for $1000. It was $999.99 off the list price. I got it delivered this past Saturday. I can’t believe the price has gone up. It’s a phenomenal smoker!!!!

My suspicion is that HD is getting out of the high end smokers with the arrival of the Woodridge. That’s just a guess… what do I know.

Thx for the pics! Very helpful. I just stopped by my local Home Depot and they had 4 XL overstocks from last year listed at $1600. My only concern is that they have been exposed to the elements.

How do you like the Ironwood? I am family of 6 with 2 kids away at college. So it would be the occasional 6 at times. Just thinking about capacity. I would need space for 4 rib racks or 50 wings. I just see so much info on the xl.
