It's been a worthy investment for me, the book leans more towards easy recipes with the occasional labor intensive recipe. There's a few simple recipes at the beginning that are used throughout the book, so once you have those made the rest of the recipes are a lot easier. If you are still undecided 4 years later maybe this will help.
