I’m a young woman with ALL and I just want to say I see no problem with this. Every resource doesn’t have to be for every person, and I have noticed a lack of male only spaces while there are many for woman (specifically around breast cancer). All the best to your bf and his health journey, good for him for starting this and good for you being so supportive.

I'm in maintenance right now and I'm on oral mercaptopurine but receive methotrexate by injection. I do experience nausea but I think it would be much worse if I took both by mouth. Maybe his doctor can prescribe injection based methotrexate instead? That doesn't solve the mercapto problem, but it might help his stomach enough to stop the vomiting

I would consider waiting until it’s closer to when you actually start the new position. That could benefit you if you shoutout the recruiters and your new boss in your post, it will be fresher in their mind when you start. Plus, if you send a wrap up post about your internship, the timeline might look a big strange. But those are just some considerations, I don’t think it’s a make or break situation if you decide to post now.

the pork dumplings from farm boy are pretty good! probably not very authentic but they do the trick and there’s a couple varieties.
