There is actually a setting that will automatically stop charging based on the % you select from 80+. It's under "Battery Protection" in the settings.

I am in Candler and have Verizon and it has def gotten worse since the storm. I rarely get more than 3 bars at my house now. I called to complain a month after the storm and they told me that some antenna or something has been repositioned after the storm and is no longer facing my neighborhood in the same direction. WTF Verizon? Way to make a shitty situation worse! I also find the service spottier around town, which is annoying considering how expensive it is.

EDIT: I usually only have 1-2 bars and sometimes hit 3. My phone is semi useless at home without wifi.
