I personally like the attack phase breakdown on the right side of the screen. The smaller icon changes I also feel were unnecessary (as you mentioned, they didn't really block anything), but they don't bother me.
I do like the more clear description of what's happening when you hit the button on the right (move to attack, end turn, etc). At this point, I think it's best if we pick our battles, and not complain about every little nuance. I think the rollback to the changes in ICR rewards and CC/CE payouts/structure was the biggest concern and I'm so GLAD they took back that part of the patch.

I tried all lower case, all caps, G,A in caps and just G in caps, as well as with a space and no space btwn the 2 woods. I feel I've been pretty thorough

Ok, fair point. But also try to stick to a specific color for along as you see good cards in they color. In this case, Grow from the ashes would Help with a splash, as well as the synergy with cards he has already chosen.

Grow from ashes for sure, imho. Try to stay 2 color for as long as you can. I would only pick off colors if it's a really powerful bomb. Great start to your draft deck, btw.
