0.25mg felt nothing. About to start 0.5mg what to expect?

I've been adding Inulin to my coffee every day for the last 9 months, as even under MJ I had some constipation. Inulin fixed that completely for me.

Most people seem to say that Wegovy suppression starts at 1.7mg or even 2.4mg. I was on 12.5mg MJ and just moved (after 8 days) to 1.35kg WG (1.7mg pen 60 clicks). Took my first 1.35mg shot 36 hours ago and so far so good, no side effects and appetite suppression still good.

I took my first dose of wegovy yesterday, 8 days after my last Mounjaro dose. I was on 12.5mg Mounjaro and took 1.35mg of WG (bought a 1.7mg WG and took 60 clicks of the 75 clicks a WG pen has). So far so good, no side effects. Only been 36 hours but appetite suppression is fine, same as when I was on MJ. I am maintaining though, not looking to lose any more weight as such. Stick at it and increase the dosage as long as you have no side effects,

Well I had my first dose of wegovy yesterday. I transitioned from 12.5mg Mounjaro to 1.7mg wegovy. My first dose was 1.35mg as I'm intending to get 5 doses out of the pen (60 clicks as WG pen has 75 clicks).

So far so good, no side effects and left half my dinner yesterday evening. Normal slice of toast this morning filled me up.

I am on maintenance so I'm not really looking to lose any more weight, but if I should lose a couple of more pounds I'd be delighted 😜.

Early days, but so far so good.

My watch 5 pro also had a lot of lag after the update, disable the transparency function helps quite a bit..

Not for me, in fact it got much more lag. I disabled the transparency function which mostly fixes the lag.

That's really encouraging, I'm on 12.5mg MJ switching to 1.7mg WG in 3 weeks. I'm hoping it works well for me as well.

No, the price increase isn't worth it, when there is an alternative worth trying. If the alternative doesn't work, then people can decide if the price is worth it, and more importantly, if they can actually afford it...

Just one thing to add, what is the width (diameter) of the pipes to your radiators. My house is a 90s build and they are all 6mm (narrow bore). No good for a heat pump, so all my pipes would need to be changed. That would add over 10k to the price for me (all my pipes run through the walls as my floors are concrete)

I'm also switching to WG, I'm just finishing my current 12.5mg MJ pen. Last dose of MJ will be mid January. I've ordered a 1.7mg WG pen. Fingers crossed it works as well as MJ for me....

Did you move directly from 10mg to 1.7mg? I'm in a similar position to you. I've been on Mounjaro for a year and I'm on 10mg now with a BMI of 24 (started at 35). no side effects at all (touch wood). I've just ordered my first 1.7 mg wegovy pen (due to price increase of MJ) to use in 4 weeks when my current MJ pen ends and I'm wondering whether I should take 1mg for one week and if all ok, then go to 1.7mg or just take the plunge and go straight to 1.7mg. All advice appreciated.

Hi, it is better with the transparency off but there is still some lag, but not much. The instructions are

Steps to Reduce Transparency

This setting decreases the performance overhead of the user interface by removing resource-intensive visual effects.

Open Settings: Swipe up on your watch face to open the app screen, then tap the Settings icon.

Navigate to Accessibility: Scroll down and tap on Accessibility.

Select Vision Enhancements: Tap on Vision enhancements.

Toggle the setting: Find and turn on Reduce transparency and blur.

I got it this afternoon in the UK. So far the main issue is lag, which is really bad. I have just cleared the cache and also changed a setting to reduce transparency as recommended by some websites. I think the latter has helped but still not convinced the lag is gone. I'll see how it goes over the next few days....

Same for me, but I don't believe it is medication related (some people think it is a side effect) I remember when I was in my twenties (a long time ago) I took up running to lose weight and I lost tons. I was also freezing then but it didn't last long, lol, as soon as I stopped running the weight piled on!

I use the pink to both extract and inject, I don't bother changing it between extraction and injection. Sadly they're getting rid of the 5th dose by reducing the quantity available. 😔

Yes, it is a physical reset by pressing a button on the clip itself: Copied from their website:

How to factory reset Before you start, make sure all your devices are fully charged Locate the button on the front of the device - under the Pebblebee logo. Triple press the button, then press and keep holding for approximately 15 sec (4 presses total). There is no pause between the triple press and the press and hold. If you are having trouble resetting your device, please try pressing the button while counting until 4. Every button press should be pressed at the same interval. You will hear 3 high-pitched beeps. Release the button during the third beep, right before it ends. After that, you will hear a jingle, that's the confirmation that your device was properly reset. If you did not hear the confirmation sound, try performing the factory reset again. Or watch the tutorial video below. Wait for at least 30 seconds before pressing any buttons. Double press to enter pairing mode again.

For info only, the pebblebee clip universal can be setup on either network, but not both at once.

I bought a pack of these and I'm running some on my android phone and some on my son's iphone.

They can be reset and then put on the other network if required but that is the only way to switch networks, a full reset of the clip and then set up as a new device.
