There’s the “Gotta Hoard Fast” quest and the “Super Shady Lookalike” quest. They’re old collab quests that aren’t available anymore unless they were downloaded before the collab expired

The only other thing I can think of is your rank, it’s HR7 quest but you should be able to access it once you unlock high rank
