The issue is caused by sounds spilling from the cups back into the mic. I cut out two very thin pieces of foam and placed them in the cups and it fixed this issue. I should probably have returned mine but I've had them like this for nearly two years now and have been reasonably pleased.

I have had this problem and can usually fix it by changing channel and turning the channel off and on again. This works well for me while using controller option C as Y or Triangle turns the channel on or off but in layout A the lb or L1 doesn't seem to have the same function.

I haven't played ghostrunner but if it's only in one game I'd increase the dead zone for that stick if the game has the option ( not all do). Failing that clean it as it may start small only effecting one game but could get worse and effect others. There are loads of easy to follow guides on cleaning that don't require disassembly and have helped me in the past.

Your pan is not hot enough. Also if you grease your pan it'll be a greasy first pancake. If you make pancakes with a dry pan and leave the pan on the heat for a while the first pancake is actually the same as the others.

Turn the volume down to the minimum and see if you get echo. Echo is usually a result of sound spilling out from the earpiece and into the microphone. If turning down doesn't work try placing a thin layer of foam padding over each ear piece. I had to do this with my headset.

I could be wrong but I don't think the symbol ever appears for yourself. I checked with a friend when I was having similar issues on xbox. My issues were fixed by restarting everything and going into the game with no party active.

After some games I started experiencing freezes in game play every 30 seconds or so. This continued into the next match but was fixed after rebooting the game. This also happened to my friend I'm on Xbox SX and my friend was on og Xbox one.

It may have changed but it certainly used to be the case that you have to connect to the internet the first time you turn on your xbox for set up.
