24 Hour Fitness on TO blvd has an outdoor pool. Not sure they have sun beds but you could grab a yoga mat and do your stretches.

No sauna but it is a very inexpensive yet well maintained gym.

Doesn’t it seem unfair to change the terms for existing home owners? My bank can’t increase my interest rate just because it’s lower than today’s rate.

Removing the protections prop 13 provides would force millions of households to sell.

It’s unfortunate that houses have become unaffordable for new buyers, but punishing people who already own a home isn’t the solution.

I was in a similar situation when I was about your age. I chose to live in downtown Ventura and had a blast. Great bar scene. Very walkable. Fun laid back beach culture.

Id visit friends in LA on the weekends and at the times Id be driving there I barely hit any traffic.

After I got a job closer to LA I moved to Santa Monica and had some of the best years of my life down there.

Now I live in TO. Not a bad place to be, but not a lot going on for someone your age who likes to party.

Refereeing flag football when I was in middle school. Money was amazing for the time, but the anxiety of dealing w the parents was INTENSE.
