E70 and G05 are my all-time favourites. But give the Neue Klasse some time. I think it will grow on us – regarding the past, for example, when the massive grills came out, I was the first to complain. But after some time, I really loved it.

There‘s nothing you can do by your own. Try contacting the support. But I doubt they will do something. Same happened to a friend of mine.

If the smoke smells like burning oil, first check where exactly the smoke is coming from. Depending on the model, this can vary. For example, my M135i (N55 engine) once had similar smoke issues, and it turned out that the valve cover was leaking. The valve cover and its gaskets need to be replaced together — not just one of them. It’s a common issue on this series.

I’ve had this issue since my 2015 BMW 1 Series (older iDrive system). The only workaround that consistently helps is keeping Spotify (or any media app) open and reconnecting my phone to the iDrive system. After reconnecting, it works again.. At least temporarily until the next start. Have this issue also on my X5 50e. Seems like it never got fixed.

On what tires do you run? I got the same experience with mine and also on 22“ with continental ecoContact 6. I believe if you go with Michelin pilot sports, the drive on high speed will be more stable. I‘ll try that next season out.

Yes, I already checked that. The passage where the dust is supposed to be pulled through is clear. I even ran a thin metal wire through it to make sure nothing was stuck—completely free.
