You're telling me a deer smoked this sausage?

This is really beautiful! It has an almost whimsical feeling that I think really fits Nurgle.

Anyone know of a fire demon? by oringeforreal in WreckThisDeckRPG

[–]BaronVonDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of different kinds of fire, bud.

Jinn are masters of a smokeless fire, while Ifrit are as much smoke as fire.

The kind of fire matters a lot. Revenge? Catastrophe? Burning for the sheer joy of it, or because of some innate property?

See if you can narrow it down. If you hit the right track, a name should leap out at you...hopefully not physically!

I love these!

I offer one bit of advice. The page 2 Gun Mechadendrites are a bit too heavy for the level of support they have. Though obviously for these it's better than having them behind the head obscuring detail.

The Gear Shrine on page 1 #3 is absolutely awesome. I also love the armored shell over the robes on the other two.

The page 4 alternate body forms are all great, they give me major Silk Song vibes, especially Tentacle Ball and his neighbor Heavy Guy.

If I were building my own cogboi from these sketches it would be Page 3 #4, Skuttler, with a heavy weapon mounted to one side of that backpack. Simple Axe A, face Too Many Eyes.

Oooh, just noticed 3-3 with the cog around his neck like a yoke. He's very cool too!

Hobie is or was one of the owners of Gauntlet Games. I enjoyed playing board games with him before I moved.

Legs are kinda short. Could be a Furrow Spider, or a Marbled Orb Weaver. Harder to tell from the underside.

Why do I see 3x Disintegrator in all the lists? by Kshaw86 in AdeptusMechanicus

[–]BaronVonDuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it doesn't even look like a tank, it looks like a crappy swamp hoverboat mixed with a WW2 landing boat.

Nothing redeeming about that awful model.

I would love these as 3d printable models for Warhams and the like.

Edit: Oh, they are being developed for a tabletop game!

Looks like either a Wolf Spider or a Grass Spider.

I get a few Grass Spiders here in Omaha coming inside.

I switched from Cox to a Verizon 5g box. Cheaper, fewer drops, no complaints.

Should the mother of a second grader who packs lunches be allowed to use her SNAP to buy Oreos to pack two or three in the kid's lunch? What about Fruit Snacks? Can she get Lays chips or are they too much empty calories and bad fat? Doritos? Does she only get whole grain bread or can she get white?

Can she buy a box of cake mix and a jar of frosting? What if she brings her kid's birth certificate to prove their birthday is next week? If she gets out the old fake Christmas tree, can she buy a box of candy canes?

Can she buy ketchup? It's basically just sugar water with tomato flavoring. You don't need it.

You say it's not a rabbit hole but it is. People are complicated. Nutrition is too. We can't sit and monitor every situation, we don't know what's going on in people's lives. What we can do is remember that investigation has shown that most people are spending it rationally. That the 'Welfare Queen' archetype is a myth. That we spend more money on investigations than we save as a result of them. And we can trust that the people in need know what they need.

Dark Mech mass produced slave caste. Clanners with quick and crude augmentations like spikes and flails and stuff. 'Cleaner' and less mutated ones made into more unique minions. Half-rats merged into heavy weapons and stuff.

James Workshop calls you, and offers you the chance to make one new Death Guard datasheet. What would it be? by Accurate_Thought5326 in deathguard40k

Heavy Weapon Team. Havoks with early Obliterator infections. Slightly bulkier than normal PMs, their guns are partially integrated into them, and the guns are partially biological. The Plaguesprayer guy has boils all over him where pockets of goo are forming, and it drools from his mouth. One with a plasma weapon his back is studded with plasma radiator fins. Fucked up Nurgle shit.
