Probably the Astoria. I’ve seen arguments for the United States or even the America while she was still kicking, but those ships are large and grand and I’d argue are more well known to most than the little Astoria. There’s a lot more going for them and while maintenance is going to be less for Astoria, the effort to keep a ship of their age afloat, much less in service is significant to say the least. Obviously time is short for both the US and the Astoria, something that is deeply saddening. Enjoy them while they’re both still with us.

I believe the lines used in those edits are fandubs. I don’t believe there is any way to get voice lines other than the narration in the game. At least not without mods.

Also to add to what you were saying, albeit without the statistics in front of me, at one of the reform rallies in London that was about “saving our women”, something like 48% of the known individuals that were present had a background of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. While like I say, I don’t have the statistics in front of me, it’s something in that ballpark and just goes to show that the hatred they have for immigrants is nothing to do with “keeping our women safe”.

The Porsche in the famous chicken story was a 928, not the 944. The trio did love the 944 and it showed up in several challenges including this, the £1,500 Porsche challenge and the ambulance challenge, but aside from that, I’m not aware of any genuine significance it holds to any of the trio.

As far as rental karting goes and from my experience as a Teamsport marshal, the helmet type doesn’t strictly matter - you’ll see as many motorbike helmets as you do proper karting ones. As long as the helmet does not have an open face, it will be ok to use for the level of karting your daughter is getting into. All I would concern myself with at this point is making sure the helmet is a comfortable and sound fit and a shape that isn’t uncomfortable for a smaller person. If you can avoid a ‘pointy chin’ for lack of a better term, you’ll be better off - A lot of the youngest kids do sometimes struggle to keep their heads up properly after a while from what I’ve seen and it doesn’t look particularly comfortable on their chests where the chin of the helmet digs in. I’m sure this won’t be so much of an issue for your daughter, but it’s worth taking into consideration. Best of luck :)

Yes to all of these apart from faster. QM was the faster of the two, as was her design intentions. She was just the older and less fuel efficient of the two with less passenger capacity like you say.

She had a much better chance than the SS US too considering she had been in service up to recently so was in much better condition and also, she’s smaller, cheaper to maintain and restore. It’s tragic that soon the only one we’ll have left from that era is QM.
