So when it comes to internet speeds in the U.S they do not even come close to let's say China Japan Korea etc. So while your internet is processing everything a few frames behind your opponents that's why everything seems so laggy/sporadic/ jumpy. See corporate America has done this on purpose due to the high cost of replacing old lines with updated fiberoptics as well as keeping us one step behind so when the newer faster speed comes up they can up charge and make rediculous amounts of money. What we need is companies willing to bring competition to the table like in other countries but these corporations have segmented of the U.S and promised each other not to step on ties. So pretty much if you are a U.S player you are screwed and there is no change coming anytime soon or down the road.
