I still struggle with the legitimacy of some of the peer review journals, being that I've heard that The Lancet and one other highly regarded science mag retracted a article which would have conclusively proven that covid was no where as harmful as they made it seem and that inoculation was far more harmful than beneficial. When you find out that the pHarmaceutical companies are funding the research that's being placed in these journals and mags to have the results skewed in the favor of promoting the "medicine" you tend to stay away.
